1. How can I place an order?
You can easily order parts through our webshop. Add the desired product to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps to complete your order. We have no Current stock on the website. If you want to know if the product is in stock, please call the store!

3. Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service to make changes.

4. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Belfius, EPS, Bancontact, KBC & Bank Transfer.

Shipping & Delivery
6. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Look here for the shipping rates
7. How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically shipped the same business day. Delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1–2 business days.
Do you also ship to other countries?
Yes, we also deliver throughout Europe. Delivery time may be slightly longer.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.

10. Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return an unused product within 14 days of receipt. You can do this via This page
11. What if my part doesn't fit?
Always check if the part is suitable for your vehicle. If the part does not fit, you can return it within 14 days (provided it is undamaged and in its original packaging).
