These terms and conditions form part of all offers and agreements concluded with Hoogstra Autosport to the extent that they have not been expressly deviated from in writing.

Delivery time

Products available from stock will be shipped as soon as possible after payment of the order. Hoogstra Autosport may charge shipping costs for sending ordered products. Delivery will be made to the postal address known to Hoogstra Autosport.

Payment & shipping

Payment and shipping will be by prepayment. For payment, please use the above account number in the name of Hoogstra Autosport.

Prices

All prices, unless otherwise indicated, are expressed in Euros, including sales tax (VAT). No rights can be derived from our sales prices. It is possible that after payment of the order has been made the price may still change. We are dependent on raw material/supplier prices. We obviously try to avoid this as much as possible.

Warranty

Hoogstra Autosport offers no further guarantee on delivered goods than the manufacturer's guarantee. The customer must check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered product is incorrect or incomplete, the customer must inform Hoogstra Autosport within three working days after delivery.
