EN ISO 11612<\/p>\n
Clothing with the ISO 11612 standard replaces EN 531 and protects against heat and flame. With the clothing standard ISO 11612, the wearer is protected against brief contact with flames, splashes of molten metal and radiant and convective heat. Within this standard, it looks at the flame retardancy of the fabric and heat transfer to the skin. Among other things, the tests measure the likelihood of second-degree burns.<\/p>\n

EN ISO 11612 guarantees that a garment that will not burn through when in contact with a flame.
